Our client is one of the largest and oldest booksellers in the world. Their rich heritage in publishing and catering to book lovers all over the world could only be challenged by the latest technological advancements sweeping over the publishing industry.
Challenge
Our client’s vision for digital transformation faced multiple challenges, primarily a major IT flux because of a recent merger. There were several disjointed systems and disparate IT operations that needed seamless integration. A number of other challenges, including rising operational costs and performance issues across the organizational ecosystem, began to mount. Our client was looking for a strategic IT partner who could handle IT management, infrastructure optimization, and third-party software integration. We employed our Fit-for-Future framework integrating development, security, and finance operations, powered by our AI and ML capabilities for increased efficiency.

Infrastructure and Database support: Comprehensive support was provided for both infrastructure (75 servers) and about 100+ databases to streamline the integration of disparate systems.
