Beyond audit and tax, the firm provides corporate advisory, technology and risk solutions, HR services, finance team support, and personal financial services. With over 400 active users and a growing IT footprint, the firm required a Agile infrastructure to keep up with increasing demands.
Challenge
As the agency expanded, its data center began showing strain, with legacy systems and aging technology struggling to meet growing demands. Storage and computing needs were rising with no clear roadmap, while outdated firmware, unsupported operating systems, and underutilized hardware created performance and security risks. VMware ESXi urgently needed upgrades, and limited monitoring and patching left systems vulnerable.
