Vish Srinivasan is a seasoned technology executive with over 28 years of experience in the IT and digital transformation industry. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Services Business at Bahwan CyberTek (BCT), where he leads the company’s global services strategy, innovation agenda, and growth initiatives.
Having spent nearly two decades with BCT, Vish has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s evolution into a globally recognized digital transformation partner. His leadership has consistently focused on driving business expansion, building strategic partnerships, and delivering customer-centric solutions across diverse industries.
Prior to his current role, Vish served as Chief Operating Officer for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, where he played a key role in strengthening alliances with global technology providers such as TIBCO and Temenos. Under his leadership, the company expanded its footprint in emerging markets and achieved significant growth in market share.
Known for his strategic vision and execution excellence, Vish has led complex digital transformation programs and fostered long-term client relationships. His leadership style emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, helping organizations navigate rapidly evolving digital landscapes.
As CEO of Global Services, he is focused on scaling BCT’s global presence, advancing AI-led transformation initiatives, and delivering high-impact solutions that enable clients to remain competitive and future-ready.
Prior to joining BCT in 2006 Vish has worked with organisations such as NIIT and Ramco Systems across markets in India, APAC and South Africa.
Vish holds a Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Control and a global advanced management program from Kellogg school of Management, Chicago.
