Rajiv brings over three decades of experience to his role as Chief Information Officer at Bahwan CyberTek, where he leads global applications and IT infrastructure. As a key driver of BCT's digital transformation strategy, Rajiv serves as a strategic advisor and business enabler, leveraging emerging technologies to drive operational excellence and align with organizational goals.
His career spans a diverse range of industries, including IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance, with successful implementations of ERP solutions across the Middle East, India, and the Far East. Rajiv has spent a significant part of his career at Cognizant, handling Account Management in Singapore and Delivery Management for multiple retail accounts in the US South Central region. Additionally, Rajiv has held leadership positions at DXC Technology, L&T, and Ramco Systems.
Rajiv is the author of the Resource Capability Relevance (RCR) Index, recognized at the global project management contest in Cognizant. He has also authored several forward-thinking concepts such as Business Invested IT, NFC-enabled Stores, and the Future of Work.An advocate for education, Rajiv has served as an Executive Board Member at Women's Christian College (WCC), Chennai.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and is ITIL certified.
