Amrinder Singh is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bahwan CyberTek Group, where he leads the company's next phase of growth as a global, AI-led technology services and consulting partner. With over 27 years of international leadership experience across the IT services industry, he sets the strategic direction for the Group's Services, Products, Consulting, and KPO businesses — embedding AI and agentic capabilities into delivery, accelerating the build-out of industry-specific platforms, and deepening the Group's footprint across its core markets across the USA, Middle-East, India, Asia Pacific, and beyond.
Under his leadership, Bahwan CyberTek is sharpening its focus on helping enterprises move from AI experimentation to AI-driven value — combining deep domain expertise, scalable delivery, and strong partner ecosystems to support clients' digital and AI transformation journeys. He places equal emphasis on the Group's customers, employees and partners, championing a culture that invests in talent development and high-performing global teams while building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and technology partners worldwide.
Prior to joining Bahwan CyberTek, Amrinder spent more than 12 years at Hexaware Technologies, where he served as President and Head of EMEA & APAC and led the company's Global Capability Centers (GCC) business. In this role, he was instrumental in expanding Hexaware's international footprint and was part of the leadership team that steered the company through landmark strategic investments, and eventual re-listing on the public markets.
Amrinder began his career at HCL Technologies in 1999, holding progressively senior leadership roles across India, Hong Kong, UK/Europe, and the Middle East. Across his career, he has consistently driven growth across diverse industry verticals, scaled operations into new geographies, built and mentored global teams, and forged enduring partnerships with clients and stakeholders around the world.
Amrinder holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
