More Than 400 IT Consultants Deployed
BCT Consulting combined tailored recruitment, responsive delivery and stakeholder relationships to build a sustained technology talent partnership across multiple business units.
Client
Challenge
Talent requirements were managed independently by business teams, without a single central procurement structure. Each work order required BCT Consulting to understand a new set of priorities and establish confidence with different stakeholders.
Teams relied heavily on established Tier 1 staffing providers with readily available resources. A new partner needed to demonstrate both technical fit and an understanding of each team’s working expectations. Winning approval at the organisation level was only the starting point for building individual engagements.

Solution
BCT Consulting tailored its sourcing and fulfilment strategy to each business requirement. Its consultative approach combined close stakeholder engagement with responsive delivery, addressing the specific staffing challenges experienced by individual teams.
The team reviewed its approach at least every six months to identify new initiatives and changing skill requirements. Leadership and delivery teams used these insights to adapt recruitment priorities across Java, full-stack development, business intelligence engineering, data engineering, AI and machine learning, and mobile application development.
BCT Consulting combined candidate quality with competitive commercials and applied consistent ownership to both individual placements and larger hiring requirements. Successful delivery, stakeholder referrals and repeat requirements helped extend the engagement to additional teams.

Impact
BCT Consulting deployed more than 400 IT consultants over the course of the engagement and maintained an active consultant base of more than 100 across multiple locations in India. This demonstrated its ability to support recurring technology staffing needs at scale.
The relationship expanded across several major lines of business. Repeat requirements from existing teams and stakeholder recommendations supported further growth, while continued responsiveness helped sustain established engagements.
What began as approved vendor status developed into a broader talent partnership. The combination of tailored recruitment and consistent delivery gave participating teams a staffing partner able to respond to changing requirements and support continuity.
