Transformed Product Management Payments and Reporting
BCT delivered end-to-end Temenos implementation, combining banking expertise with customisation and integration to support the bank’s transition to a new platform.

Challenge
The bank needed a trusted implementation partner to deliver a transformation spanning deposit and lending products, payments and regulatory reporting. The programme required Temenos Transact for core banking, Temenos Payments Hub for payments, and Temenos Data Hub alongside the Temenos reporting platform to support a requirement for more than 100 regulatory reports.
Implementation required customisation and integration across these products, supported by banking expertise and detailed reporting design. The bank needed a coordinated delivery team that could translate its operational and compliance requirements into the new platform.

Solution
BCT undertook end-to-end implementation over a three-year engagement, including customisation and integration work. The team brought together banking experts, payments specialists, integration consultants, Temenos Data Hub reporting specialists and quality assurance professionals.
Together, these teams delivered more than 3,000 days of customisation work as part of the programme. Expertise across banking products, payments and reporting supported delivery across the different components of the Temenos environment.
BCT also engaged subject matter experts in regulatory reporting mapping discussions, report design and delivery to address the bank’s compliance requirements. This combined technical implementation with the domain knowledge needed to support the bank’s products and reporting obligations.
