Our client, a regional transport corporation in India, is a joint venture of the government and state authorities of four different states. The client’s primary objective is to implement and operate regional transit system corridors across a specific region to improve regional connectivity and support sustainable urban development.

The client faced the challenge of creating a comprehensive digital platform to
enhance commuter services across its Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS)
