Ranked First Among Suppliers for More Than Three Consecutive Years
BCT Consulting combined extensive stakeholder engagement with disciplined recruitment and delivery to earn sustained supplier recognition in a highly governed staffing environment.
Client
Challenge
The institution had longstanding relationships with strategic staffing providers. Building confidence as a new partner required consistent delivery within a regulated environment where compliance, reliability and process adherence were essential.
Strict procedures governed requirement initiation, candidate selection, onboarding and post-selection management. Documentation, communication and timelines demanded close attention, while exceptions required validation and stakeholder alignment. BCT Consulting also had to adapt as organisational structures changed and a managed service provider became involved in the engagement.

Solution
BCT Consulting engaged with more than 500 hiring managers and stakeholders across approximately nine to ten major lines of business and multiple locations. These discussions clarified skill requirements, talent availability, hiring priorities and expectations for delivery responsiveness.
The insights informed a dedicated talent fulfilment strategy, supported by quality screening, governance, compliance and proactive escalation management. Recruitment covered skills including Java full-stack development, Golang, Thunderhead, UiPath and React.js.
BCT Consulting also proposed different engagement models at various stages to address fluctuating demand and anticipated increases in hiring. The approach sought to balance scalability and cost efficiency with sustainable workforce growth, while maintaining the institution’s established processes and service expectations.

Impact
BCT Consulting achieved the number one supplier ranking in the institution’s Quarterly Business Reviews for more than three consecutive years. This sustained performance was followed by Gold Supplier recognition, reflecting the strength and consistency of the engagement.
Stakeholder understanding, quality talent and responsiveness to escalations helped BCT Consulting develop a trusted relationship within an established supplier ecosystem. The partnership continued to strengthen as the customer’s engagement model evolved.
Building on the India relationship, BCT Consulting is exploring opportunities to extend the partnership to additional geographies, including the United States. Engagement with stakeholders across global locations is supporting these discussions; geographic expansion remains an opportunity under exploration.
