Intelligent workflow automation routed requests to the right approvers based on business and financial rules, while built in compliance controls supported organisational policies and approval requirements.

All supplier interactions were consolidated through the Coupa Supplier Portal, giving suppliers a self service view of profiles, catalogues, transactions and invoice status. This reduced supplier enquiries and improved visibility into purchase orders, sourcing events, invoices and payments.
Digital sourcing events, automated supplier communication and structured evaluation workflows reduced sourcing cycle time by 25 to 40 percent. More than 90 percent of purchase orders were digitised and issued electronically, improving supplier visibility and procurement compliance.
PO backed invoicing and automated validation reduced manual invoice processing effort by 30 to 50 percent. Across the procurement lifecycle, workflow automation and electronic transactions delivered procurement cycle times that were 30 to 40 percent faster.
