Indian Analytics Company Closes Five Positions in Three Days
BCT Consulting closed five technology positions in three days, restoring a former client relationship and creating a wider staffing opportunity.
Client
Challenge
At the time, the customer worked with four or five recruitment vendors but was dissatisfied with overall performance. Turnaround times were slow, candidate submissions were inconsistent and the monthly commercial cost of deployed resources was high.
BCT Consulting had previously closed around eight or nine positions for the customer during 2018 and 2019. The relationship subsequently declined as requirements and closures fell following the COVID-19 pandemic. Inconsistent communication from BCT Consulting also contributed to the loss of engagement. Reconnecting required the team to rebuild confidence through regular contact and credible delivery.
Rebuilding trust required more than re-opening the vendor conversation. BCT Consulting needed to show that it understood the customer’s pain points, could provide quality profiles quickly and could offer a commercially viable model. The first renewed requirements would set the basis for a wider relationship.

Solution
BCT Consulting re-established contact and designed a hiring plan around the customer’s stated priorities: quality, turnaround time, competitive commercials and coordination. Sales and Delivery worked together to understand the requirements and mobilise the right recruitment support.
The team focused on understanding the exact requirements and submitting relevant, technically evaluated profiles. Prior experience with the account and with banking, financial services and insurance customers helped BCT Consulting interpret expectations and respond to the new requirements.
Regular interaction with customer contacts, recruiters and hiring managers helped the team clarify expectations and obtain faster feedback. Close coordination between Sales and Delivery supported resource mobilisation and timely candidate submissions.
The renewed engagement moved quickly from requirement intake to closure. BCT Consulting’s Delivery team closed five positions within three days, and all five selected candidates onboarded, producing a 100% onboarding ratio.
The renewed engagement spanned two months. The broader technology areas supported included QA and automation, full-stack development, .NET, AI and machine learning, and Java. The hiring plan addressed the customer’s concerns about profile quality, responsiveness and commercial viability.

Impact
BCT Consulting closed five positions in three days with a 100% onboarding ratio. The result gave the customer a faster response to critical hiring requirements and demonstrated that the renewed engagement could deliver at the speed and quality expected.
The initial closures secured approximately ₹12 lakh in monthly business for BCT Consulting, equivalent to around ₹1.44 crore on an annualised basis. This represents the annualised value of the monthly business, rather than revenue already earned over a full year.
The outcome helped rebuild confidence in the renewed relationship. The customer provided positive feedback on BCT Consulting’s service quality, responsiveness and ability to address critical hiring requirements quickly.
The customer recommended BCT Consulting to other business units and to its parent company for potential engagements. It also expressed interest in a direct master services agreement for full-time employee hiring. These developments created opportunities for expansion, with the proposed agreement and further engagements still prospective.
The result was a renewed staffing relationship supported by completed hiring outcomes. Five closures and successful onboarding established an immediate delivery record, while customer recommendations created a basis for exploring a wider partnership.
