Priya brings deep expertise in strategic business partnership, leadership and talent development, performance-driven cultures, and scalable HR operating models. She has led complex, multi-geography HR transformations that have enable data-driven decision-making and long-term talent sustainability.
Over the course of her career, Priya has held senior leadership roles with global organizations such as Indium, Renault Nissan, Shell, Standard Chartered, Infosys, Ford, and GE. She has played a pivotal role in strengthening succession readiness, internal mobility, and workforce planning, while partnering closely with CEOs and leadership teams on organizational transformation, culture building, and retention strategies. Her leadership has been instrumental in achieving Great Place to Work (GPTW) recognition at Indium and Renault Nissan, reinforcing strong employer branding and employee engagement outcomes.
An alumna of IIM Kolkata, Priya holds a graduation degree in Microbiology.
