The client is a leading consumer bank in India that offers a wide range of financial services. With a massive customer base, the client has to address a host of customer needs and demands that often change over time.
Challenge
The client lacked an integration platform that could securely connect their core systems to multiple channels, both internal and external. They also lacked the capability to handle various protocols and data formats. The client was also missing other various functions and features due to the lack of an agile integration platform.

Solution

With this partnership, Bahwan CyberTek developed a robust, TIBCO-powered integration platform that securely connects the client’s core banking systems with internal and external channels. The solution included TIBCO BusinessWorks for system integration, Mashery for API management, and ELK for auditing and monitoring.
