Our client is a national authority responsible for housing and urban planning in Oman. They wanted to leverage advanced data management solutions to improve their service delivery for citizens. For this, they partnered with Bahwan CyberTek, leveraging our expertise in TIBCO services and our digital solutions.

As a national body for housing and urban planning, our client wanted to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation of their citizen services. Our client faced the following challenges:
