1. Head of Department
Location: Engineering colleges in Sultanate of Oman
Qualification Experience:

• Ph.D in the area of specialization.
• 10 years of experience in the area of specialization
• Work experience in Technological Education or Vocational Training.
• Should have a broad and in-depth industrial experience.
• Should have held “H.O.D.” position or any other relevant comparable position for at least 3 years.
• High leadership quality.
• Ready to work with multi-culture staff members.
• Ready to work for any College of Technology.
• Should be a native of India, UK, US, Canada, Australia, Philippines, New Zealand, or any Europeon countries.

2. Lecturers
Location: Engineering colleges in Sultanate of Oman
Qualification Experience:

• 4 years of teaching experience after completing PG
  (OR)
• 2 years of teaching experience after completing Ph.D.
• Good communication skills
• Good command over English
• Maximum age 55 years
• Should have a valid passport

3. English Language
Location: Engineering colleges in Sultanate of Oman
QualificationExperience:

• Ph.D / M.A. / B.A. / B.Ed. in Applied Linguistics / TEFL / TESOL Or Professional qualification in TEFL / TESOL Or CELTA/DELTA from a recognized organization
• Minimum 4 years post degree experience in the field of teaching English Language
• Experience in Multi-media teaching, self-access methods, assessment, course design and testing is an advantage.
• Should be a Passport holder of any of the following countries: UK, US, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Canada and India

4. Vocational Training Instructors / Lab Technicians

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree with 8 years experience, of which 5 years in Industry and 3 years in college level

• Maximum age limit : 55 Years

THE JOB: (for Lecturers)

• Ensuring effective learn-ability of students by impact-full teaching of the assigned courses
• Researching on the related teaching material and evolving the required pedagogy
• Supervision and counseling of students on both, the theoretical and practical activities.
• Timely and comprehensive preparation of examination question papers and quizzes; conducting examinations, carrying out the necessary assessment and reviewing results in compliance with the bylaws and the prevailing college rules and regulations and instructions.
• Systematic maintenance of records of the students' results, activities and attendance.
• Proactive and focused academic counseling and career advice to students.
• Supervising the on-the-job training of the students, providing assistance to the supervisors of industrial sector in charge of the college students during their training and presenting reports on the students' progress to the concerned heads.
• Presenting a report for every semester's activities and suggesting development to the concerned heads.
• Carrying out any others tasks assigned by the concerned heads of center, department or section.

THE WORK-SCHEDULE:

Total Working Hours: 40-hours per week (including administrative duties)
Teaching Hours: 20 hours per week in class (50 minutes per class)
College week runs from Saturday through Wednesday
