Ms Bahwan is the Founder and Chairperson of Bahwan CyberTek Group which is focused on IT, logistics and engineering projects.
Ms Bahwan is involved in and has served on the Boards of a variety of public and private organizations. She is a Member of the Middle Centre Advisory Board of the London School of Economics, a Member of the Middle East Advisory Board of Coutts & Co., and a Board member of the Family Business Network (FBN) for GCC. She is also the Chairman of the Omani French Friendship Association.
She had served as a Member on the Middle East Advisory Board of the Deutsche Bank and on the board of Oman’s Public Authority for Social Insurance. She had previously chaired the Oman Chapter of Young President’s Organization (YPO).
Ms Bahwan is a recipient of many honors including Ernst & Young’s ‘Oman’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2000’, Arabian Business ‘e-Achiever of the Year’ award from H.H. Sriram is a strategic advisor to the BCT Board. He is the Founder of IndusAge Global in the US, a parallel organization to IndusAge Advisors that replicates and expands globally, on the advisory services offered by IndusAge Advisors in India. Sriram was the Vice President of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG) and General Manager of Intel's Incubation and Innovation Group (IIG) until March of 2012. This group is chartered with supporting the various Intel platform groups to develop new business concepts on a worldwide basis in the Compute Continuum using internal incubation, spin- outs/spin-ins and other alternate funding options.
He is highly accomplished within Intel and was the recipient of the prestigious Intel Achievement Award twice, and Intel Divisional Awards on numerous occasions. He is also well recognized in the industry and speaks at industry events regularly on the topics of Entrepreneurship, Wireless and Broadband Technologies.
He is active in many industry organizations including The Indus Entrepreneur (TiE) as a charter member. He also served on the Kofi Annan Committee for UNICT, developing strategies for UN for infrastructure development in emerging countries. Mike Muralidharan, fondly called Mike, is the Chief Operating Officer for BCT-Core Global Business. In his role as COO, he spearheads the global operations and steers the organization’s business across various geos. Balaji Sundaram, as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for BCT, is responsible for driving BCT's global sales and devising strategic initiatives and is responsible for growing BCT’s revenue streams. Balaji, earlier, was the Chief Operating Officer for North America and was responsible for formulating, planning and execution of growth strategies to expand BCT's business in the North America region. The growth focus is around building long term customer relationships leveraging BCT's Cuecent range of products, solutions and services.
Balaji Sundaram brings over 20 years of experience in Sales, Business Development and Operations. As a founding member of BCT, Balaji was instrumental in establishing BCT's business in North America and building a reputation of delivering highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. A firm believer of Teamwork, he has built a strong leadership team to support BCT's growth objectives in North America.
Prior to BCT, Balaji served as a Sales Manager for HCL Infosystems in their Southern Indian operations. In this role, he drove business for HCL's IT products and services from leading corporate establishments in India. He has won a number of awards and recognitions for his role in winning large and prestigious deals for HCL during his tenure.
Balaji holds a post graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and a graduate degree in Mathematics from Chennai University. Prakash Punnekat, as Chief Operating Officer - Corporate Planning, handles the functions of Delivery, HR, Infrastructure, L&D, Presales and capacity building at BCT. With rich experience in the areas of strategic planning and implementation, he also contributes in the areas of strategic planning of BCT’s short and long-term goals, business planning, scaling of operations, corporate strategy, compliance, audit and value creation.
Prakash has over 25 years’ experience working in India’s leading technology companies. He has worked on strategic planning and implementation programs that have contributed to growth in revenues and profitability for one of the largest technology companies in India. In the Sales domain, he has consistently delivered results while creating and delivering value to customers. He also has 10+ years of software delivery experience and was instrumental in growing one of the top 10 accounts from zero to a $36 Million USD/year account in 3 years. Prakash successfully set up and ran a delivery center facility, responsible for business development, operations, sales, recruitment, risk management and negotiations. Putting his in-depth understanding of customer needs and marketplace direction, he led the development of an award-winning Financial Inclusion product which has now been implemented in more than 35 banks / financial institutions in India.

Jaya Vaidhyanathan (Jaya) is the President - BFSI and Strategic Business Initiatives. In this role, she spearheads the development of BCT’s product strategy for the BFSI vertical with a focus on delivering enhanced value through innovation. In a career spanning over a decade, Jaya has handled multi-billion dollar portfolios and driven product strategy, risk management, M&A functions, technology delivery and execution for Fortune 100 companies. A much sought after speaker in national and international forums across Europe, US, China and Australia, Jaya has been recognized with numerous awards including the ‘Outstanding Manager of the Year’ by All India Management Association,'Leading Women in Business Award' from International Women Leadership Forum and 'IT Person of the Year' by Dataquest Weekly.
Jaya had played key roles in Innovation, Marketing, Management Consulting, Outsourcing advisory and technology. Her illustrious career includes key roles in AT & T and Merrill Lynch before taking over as Director and Global Business Unit Head – Business Consulting for HCL Technologies, responsible for overseeing the entire gamut of operations in the consulting practice, with the additional responsibility for leading the core transition team for banking, financial services, and insurance domain and F&A activities for other verticals. With professional experience spanning over 28 years, Chandy plays the key role of BCT's CIO, working towards streamlining, strengthening and formulating processes and strategies on using technologies for information availability and accessibility.
Chandy has spent 14+ years in building Enterprise Applications Services Practice across organizations. He headed the Enterprise SAP Practice of Satyam and built Zenzar’s Enterprise Practice across Oracle, SAP, BI/DW areas. Chandy has been instrumental in setting up and managing IT department in end user organizations, building Enterprise Applications Services Practices, Business Leader for Asia Pacific, Establishing Systems & Procedures, Managing Pre-sales and Delivery Centre. He has handled multiple end- to-end implementations of large scale ERP projects.
Prior to joining BCT, Chandy was the CIO for Greenfield Automotive site Daimler India establishing systems for the entire manufacturing organization and Business Applications like Order-to-supply (SAP Logistics & Operations), SAP Financial System, Manufacturing Engineering and Global R&D Applications support. R. Saravanan (Sara) is the CFO of BCT Group and Finance Director of Bahwan DHL. He has been associated with the Bahwan CyberTek Group since 1999 in various capacities. As a key member of the Executive Management team, Sara is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. He is responsible for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and private and institutional financing. As Finance Director of BDHL, he provides Financial governance, Control and Strategic Direction for Bahwan DHL Operations in the Sultanate of Oman.
Sara is a qualified Charted and Cost Accountant and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has over 23 years of experience in the fields of Finance & Accounts, Legal, Costing, Auditing and General Administration in various business sectors including Manufacturing, IT services, Logistics and Financial services. Karthik is the Executive Vice President heading the Education and Training Services of Bahwan CyberTek and is the Business Head managing strategic contracts with the Ministry in Oman.
Karthik is a qualified Chartered and Cost Accountant with 18+ years of professional working experience in Finance & Accounts, System Design, Internal Audit, MIS, HR, Administration, Strategy and Process Management. He has also played cross-functional and business head roles.
He started his career with Tata Steel and has subsequently worked with large and leading organizations such as Ashok Leyland Finance, Ramco Systems before joining Bahwan CyberTek in 2001.
With two decades of experience in the IT sector, Raj drives BCT global footprint expansion and pursuing strategic opportunities. He is part of the Corporate Office which is instrumental in identifying and nurturing growth engines for new & existing geographic.

Shanthi Chandrasekar heads the strategic business operations of Bahwan CyberTek for the Asia Pacific region. Subramanian Nagarajan, popularly known as Subbu, is the Vice President- Business development for BCT North America and is responsible for the US business operations, P&L, client acquisition, sales and business development functions. Having been with BCT in Oman and the USA for over 12 years, Subbu has been instrumental in winning some of the prestigious accounts and large strategic projects. Prior to BCT, Subbu has served in Sales and Business development functions at IBM Global Services and HCL Limited. Kapi Attawar, as Executive Vice President of BCT, supports BCT's key initiatives specifically aimed business development in the US along with handling Marketing and large strategic accounts.
Kapi has over 20 years of high technology international executive experience in the industry. He spent two decades running International Marketing and Alliances for various high technology companies. As Vice President of Alliances in Oracle Communications Alliances, Kapi drove its leadership and teams across the world covering System Integrator, Network Equipment Provider and ISV partners. He then transitioned into Corporate Alliances and Channels at Oracle headquarters to run global System Integrator relationships with a focus around strategies for Cloud, IoT, Security and BI in high growth markets.
Kapi spent six years with Rover Cars and Vickers Systems in the U.K., introducing breakthrough computerized and MRP technologies to increase efficiencies. He served as the Head of Strategic Technology Alliances of IDS Scheer AG since February 2007 and was responsible for developing and maintaining global technology partnerships in the U.S. Mr. Attawar serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Wireless Glue Networks, Inc.

Sundar is the Vice President at BCT North America, responsible for public sector business, pre-sales/sales consulting, and supporting BCT Consulting on captive centers initiatives for strategic customers. His key priorities include working with product engineering group in channel initiatives and overall go to market strategy, principal & partner alliance management, and public sector business.
As a business and technology management executive with over 25 years of professional experience, Sundar’s expertise include business strategy, governance, channel and alliance management, business planning, account management, sales, pre-sales, PMO and delivery of enterprise solutions to customers across industries like manufacturing, retail, supply chain, sales & distribution, logistics & transportation, BFSI and state/local governments.

Ghanshyam Sharma, known to friends and colleagues as Sharma, is one of the founding members of BCT, and currently heads all CUECENT product initiatives for the Americas. Sharma has been instrumental in formulating and executing BCT's product strategy for the western markets. In his current role he manages all marketing, solution development, consulting, pre-sales, sales and support functions for Americas
Sharma has been an active promoter of entrepreneurship in the technology industry and has conducted several non-profit events, focused on helping start-ups acquire the right tools and resources for successful execution. Ezzeldeen is the Vice President in the Executive office to handle and contribute in multidisciplinary tasks, including but not limited to the Chairperson & Executive office affairs, Government liaison and legal affairs, training centre and program promotion, teachers' and professional services program, Omani staff development, orientation and organisation schemes.
Ezzeldeen has been instrumental in the design and delivery of the 'Cyber-Teacher' program, where over 200 Omani nationals were trained by BCT in collaboration with Ministry of Manpower to enhance the IT teaching resources and empowering Omani nationals to join the workforce. Narendar Subramanyam is one of the founders of Bahwan CyberTek, and currently heads the BCT FZ LLC (A subsidiary of BCT Group based out of Dubai Internet City) Operations.

It is noteworthy that he implemented the first BOT Vehicle Inspection stations in Dubai, UAE. He has worked in large government and private organizations such as Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, State of Qatar, Almadina Development & Supply, Sultanate of Oman and Bahwan Saudi IT. Ayman has managed cross-functional teams in various regions across Oman, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Canada and India.
Ayman is a business advisor for many European vehicle inspection solution providers and leads a team developing a comprehensive vehicle inspection station management system. He is a member of the consulting committee for higher technical college in Muscat and also a member of the Omanization committee in IT sector.
Ayman holds an MBA degree in Electronic Business from University of Phoenix and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University Irbid, Jordan.
